Instructions for the candidates for filling the option form.
1. Fill up option form carefully. Process of admission is completely dependent on correctly filled in option form. Incorrect information filled in option form may affect the admission for which you yourself will be responsible.
2. Method means a school subject offered at degree as an optional subject and having minimum number of papers in that subject for degree as shown in the brochure, i.e. from 1st year to 3rd year or 4th year of the degree.
3. Candidates desiring to seek admission for Sanskrit university i.e. Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit university, Ramtek, should go through brochure for eligibility criteria. Colleges of Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Ramtek are not included in the enclosed list of colleges for option form because the admission process of those colleges will be carried out by the concern university as mentioned in the brochure. CET qualified and eligible and interested candidates should contact to Concern University after the publication of admission notification in the newspapers by the university authority.
The subjects- Commerce/Law/Management, Social-Science, Agriculture / Medical, Computer-IT may not have shown in the method-list of the colleges, still some seats are kept for these subjects as mentioned in the brochure in each college.

Degree marks means total marks on which class of degree is awarded (It differs from university to university; please go through the brochure).
The candidates belonging to religious / linguistic minority must mention the kind / type of minority in the option Form. For additional marks, the candidates should have the concerned qualification / concerned activity- certificates at the time of filling option form.
For claim of reservation, the candidates should have the concerned documents / certificates at the time of filling option form as mentioned in the brochure

• In case of Change in name after marriage - Attested true copy of Marriage Certificate / Government Gazette.

• Attested true copy of Caste Certificate / Non - Creamy Layer / Validity Certificate in your name issued by Competent Authority, clearly mentioning the Category of the Candidate and also the remarks that the Caste is under Backward Class in the State of Maharashtra. :: Special Category:

• If Physically Handicapped - Attested true copy of minimum 40% Physical Disability Certificate and eligible to complete the B.Ed.course issued by Competent Authority / District Civil Surgeon.
• If Kashmir Migrant - Attested true copy of the Certificate clearly mentioning "Displaced Jammu and Kashmir Candidate staying in refugee camp" from head of the officer of Migrant/Refugee camp.

Eligibility for Central Common Entrance Test(CET) Details & Important Links of fees details, application process are given below : 

Eligibility for Central Common Entrance Test (CET)
a)    1. Candidates who have completed their Three Year Graduation/ Post Graduation in any faculty horn the recognized University or any course for which Maharashtra Government has given equivalency with Graduation. The candidates belonging to open category who have seemed minimum 50% marks (Marks obtained in between 49.5% to 50% will be consider as 50%), and those candidates belonging to Backward Class Category (SC, ST, VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, SBC.) who have secured minimum 45% marks (Marks obtained in between 44.5% to 45% will be conceder as 45%) and candidates from out side Maharashtra Universities belonging to all category who have secured minimum 50% marks (49.5% to 50% will be consider as 50%.) at graduate or post graduate degree will be eligible to appear for CET examination and Admission.
The candidates having two years or one year degree course. (Excluding Open University) will not be eligible for B.Ed. Admission.
2.  Candidates who have completed their degree from the universities which give Grades instead of marks will have to attach a certificate of equivalent Marks shown against the grades from the competent authority of the University/Department. Candidates will have to attach the decoding list where the Codes are given to the subjects.
3.  The merit and minimum eligibility criteria will be decided by considering the total percentage of marks secured by the candidate at the degree level.(considering the additional marks given by the university) (e.g. Some universities award degrees by considering the marks of three years, while some award degrees on the basis of consolidating Two years' marks and some award degrees on the basis of the marks obtained only in the Third Year.) The calculation of marks at degree level will be done as per the pattern of awarding grade/class adopted by the concerned University. In case of Open University, the calculation of marks will be as per adopted pattern of concerned Open University.
b)    For In Service Teachers
1. To conform about Candidate is continuing his services and has completed service of 2 years lias to provide Experience Certificate.
Experience certificate must be signed by concern Head of the Institute/ Headmaster and same is to be counter signed by Education officer/Block education officer/ Municipal Administrator Officer/ Corporation Education officer, in case of Central/ CB SE school teachers has to get counter signed by competent authority, in case of Ashram school teachers Tribal Project officer or equivalent officers certificate is essential.
2.   If Appointment order issued by Headmaster, it is necessary to submit letter from Chairman of Institute stating that Headmaster is authorized to sign such a letter.
3.   A Relieving Letter from his institution / Head Master stating candidate is in service and relieved for B.Ed. course in the year 2013-14.
The hi service Teacher candidate submitting above documents will not have binding of minimum score stated in Rule 2.1 (a)( 1).
Following services will not be considered.
1) Nursery/K.G./Preliminary/ Anganwadi/Bahvadi etc.equivalent Experience, 2) Honorary (except Shikshak Sevak appointed on the basis of honorium.), 3) Part-time, 4) for Experience. 5) without pay, 6) Clock hour basis.
c) The candidates who have appeared for Degree Examination held in March/April 2013 are eligible to appear for the CET. The Candidates whose results are declared before the schedule of filling of Option Form and who are qualified as per Rule 2.1 (a) and for English Medium 6.1(b) and those who will fill in the Option Form will be included in the Merit Tist.
The results of Graduation of those candidates are declared while the process of admission is on, can fill up the Option Form who are qualified as per rule 2.1 (a) and for English medium 6.1(b), after declaration of their results. The names of the such candidates will be included in the further admission Process. Such candidate can not claim his/her seat according to merit in the admission process conducted before his her filling up the Option Form.
