VUDA 2014 Harita Lottery Application Form, Result

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR SALE OF FLATS IN HARITA HOUSING PROJECT AT MADHURAVADA THROUGH LOTTERY VUDA ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM

VUDA, the Town Planning Trust (TPT) has existed since 1962, to implement developmental activities in and around Visakhapatnam. The TPT was upgraded and Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority was constituted on 17th June 1978, under AP Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 with its jurisdiction extending over Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation and four municipal towns namely Vizianagaram, Bheemunipatnam, Gajuwaka and Anakapalli including 287 villages in 178 Gram Panchayats, comprising an area of 1721 sq.km.

This application can be best viewed in INTERNET EXPLORER Version 10.0

The online application consists of five steps i.e. Registration, Main Application, Preview, Edit & Submit.

Please Keep ready a Soft copy of your photograph and your authorized representative on behalf of you, if any, before filling the Online Application. Your photograph must be less than 1MB in size of (.JPG) format.

The applicants can pay a single EMD of

· Rs.75,000/- for MIG-IA Nagavali, MIG-IB Sarada and MIG-II Vamsadhara and

· Rs. 50,000 for LIG Champavathi for any number of flats.

There are totally 280 number of flats. To encourage the number of applications and to give wider range of options to the applicants,

i) Out of total 50 flats, if anybody wants to apply for multiple flats, the application fee is as follows

ii) Same is applicable if one is want to exercise the option of applying for the jointly.

A single D.D for the total amount of EMD + Total application fee should be drawn in favor of The VICE-CHAIRMAN, VUDA, VISAKHAPATNAM from any Indian Nationalized Bank or it can paid through debit card /Internet banking of Indian Overseas Bank (IOB)

A flat/the flats can be applied jointly (not exceeding three persons) subject to the condition that these 3 persons will not apply for the same flat/multiple flats in individual capacity. If found, both the applications will be rejected. The registration will happen in all the names applied. No subsequent change will be entertained.

Check the furnished details in preview of the application and edit if you need to do any corrections before final submission. Once the application is submitted, the furnished details cannot be changed.

There is a provision for opting multiple flats with a single application.

The applicant should remember the username and password given at the registration form for login into the VUDA Online Application System for taking printouts of the application, admission cum lottery slips, tracking the status of the application and Notification messages regarding lottery from VUDA time to time for flats at any later stage.

The applicants can go through the details of vacant flats available provided in the home page of VUDA online application system for lottery.

The cost of the Flat is as given in the website/annexure to the application. The allotment will be confirmed in favor of the winner in the lottery. Winning in the lottery itself will not confer any right for confirmation of allotment. VUDA cannot be questioned for the same.

The application form, Terms and Conditions, shall be signed on each page invariably. Failure to submit the signed terms and conditions along with application will entail in rejection of the application.

The applicant and the authorized representative of the applicant, if any, should sign in the application. The authorized representative of the applicant is not permitted to sign on behalf of the applicant the main application or the Terms and Conditions, but allowed to participate in the lottery on behalf of the applicant being authorized by the applicant in the prescribed format provided in the application prior to the lottery

Take Printout of your application after successful submission.

Take printout of the admission cum lottery slips (that will be enabled near to the auction date) which you should produce at the time of lottery at the venue (will be communicated later) that serve as both admission pass as well authorization to participate in the lottery of the respective flat written on the Slip. Admission cum lottery slips must be get stamped and signed by the VUDA Authorities at the reception of the venue.

The complete application (main application along with Terms and Conditions) enclosing the D.D for the correct amount or online payment details should be kept in an envelope addressing to the Vice-Chairman, VUDA, Visakhapatnam mentioning the flat No(s) on top of the envelop and

· Drop into the drop box kept available near the office of The Secretary, 8th Floor, VUDA Udyog Bhavan, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam or

· Send by Registered post to The Secretary, 8th Floor, VUDA Udyog Bhavan, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam-530003.

It is hereby informed that those

· want to do any updation of the record with respect to the flats notified,

· want to bring the litigations to the notice of VUDA on the flats notified,

· want to bring the details of previous disposal on the flats notified,

· want to bring the details of having legal rights on the flats notified, etc.,

will be taken up to period of 15 days of the notification, examined and a decision will be taken and communicated to the concerned as well as to the public and accordingly, the lottery for the clean flats will be held as per the notified date as per the notification.

· It is decided to give incentive to the allottees who want pay the entire 6 installments in single due by way of monitory reduction of the total amount to be paid;

· Similarly, if some allottees require more than 6 installments (Not exceeding 8 installments) same can be obtained subject to acceptance of paying extra amount for the deferred payment.

The Conditions in this regard will be dwelt in detail during the lottery time. It is a voluntary provision.

The declaration of the Individual in the application for accepting the terms and conditions of application for the vacant plots and the procedure of allotment of plots by auction are final w.r.t existing rules and regulations governing the organization and accordingly, the decision of the VC, VUDA in the entire matter is final for all purposes.
