Supplementary 2012 Exam Results of APSET, APSET 2012 Exam Results Download Online
APSET supplementary results 2012- APSET that is, andhra pradesh state eligibility test. APSET supplementary results are going to be declared by the director of APSET Mr. rajeswar reddy. after 14 years of a long gap APSET was conducted in AP 2012. totally 1,17,779 candidates have been applied and 96,955 students wrote the test.This exam was conducted successfully.
The APSET will be conducted in objective mode. The test will consist of three papers. All the three papers will consist of multiple choice questions and will be held on the day of examination
but, Due to the addition of cut off marks system, some of the students didn't got qualified so, UGC decided to declare the results again so again 2000 candidates are going to be benefited.

Hi don't expect results in near future. As you know how the Telangana issue drags on. The same with this supplementary results. They are simply showing heavens in palm.
DeleteIf any intention of releasing the supplementary results they should have updated it already in apset website. Not even a word of this given in official website. Just they want time of aspirants to be killed. thats all
u r right.. there is column in website of APSET `Faq' but its not working and they till now did not announced how many of each subject qualified..before exam they told that it will be 4% but in maths 0.2 and physics 0.5 percent.. its too bad where as in telugu and phy edu it is 21 percent

there is no reply from officials for mails which i sent... the system they followed is totally wrong.. they are telling that they are following UGC rules but now UGC new rule is 15% of the qualified should be given SET but they are not giving..

ReplyDeletePls go thru my comment though lengthy it seems.
I have written APSET 2012 for computer applications.
After UGC announcing that it would consider top 15% candidates in respective subjects I took labour to find out what is the top score in computer applications. It is 266 marks scored by HT no 150404950 . Provided this data it comes out to 76% for 350 marks of APSET exam.
Offcials have fxd 65% as cut off for general category students in computer applications. This comes to around 228 as cut off criteria for genral students. The margin from 266 to 228 marks is around 11%. So , I would say that APSET officials have not considered 15% margin instead they fxd 4% less.
If APSET officials consider (76-15)%=60% I would be one of the beneficiary. It comes to around 218. Hence I praise the lord to give APSET officials to consider 218 as cut off crieteria. I kept mail in this regard to APSET official mail id.
Expecting a positive out come by APSET official decission . I am signing off.

For all subs.if ap set gives general cut off marks,there is no benefit to Mathis, phy, che aspirants.bcause less no .of students get qualified from these subs.so the cut off marks in supple. ReplyDeleteOh,surely we shall go to court for justice.B!cause the ap set officials did not done correct justice to us.theyput general cut off marks to all subjects.How is this possible.most of the students got qualified from arts subs.some subs are easy& some subs are hard & applicative.THe papers are different.so the cut off marks should be different.Why don,t the ap set does not follow the csir net.IN csir net the cut off marks are varies for various subs like Mathis,phy ,......etc.so in my opinion the ap set results should be given for subs which the qualifying percentage is very less.

ReplyDeleteon 17/12/12 it is published in The Hindu news paper that Kerala High court quashed NEW UGC marks criteria in Lecturers test.It said that the change of cut off marks at the final stage violated Article 14 of the Constitution (Equality before law). The court also declared that who had obtained separate minimum marks in the UGC notification had cleared the NET. So why not AP SET authorities will follow this direction of the court?

Yet to be qualified: (8400*7/100)-265 = 588-265 = 323 (around).
So, The possibility of more candidates to be qualified in Supplementary result will be between 200 to 300.(in Computer Science).

46.29 (i.e. 162 Marks).
Cut-off for BC in Computer Science is
42.86 (i.e. 150 Marks).
Cut-off for SC/ST in Computer Science is
42.29 (i.e. 148 Marks).
Cut-off for PWD in Computer Science is
40.57 (i.e. 142 Marks).
If the same aggregate is considered, you will be qualified.(But this cut-off depends on how many appeared & qualified).

**Supplementary results will commence soon**. In that it was mentioned, "13 subject candidates will be benefited with this result.
As per Dattu analysis, the subject which are less than 7% cut-off is also 13.
The following subjects may be benefited:

ReplyDeletehi friends this news may hurt you but its true... i checked the details of maharashtra SET results i found that they followed UGC cutoff only i mean now which our APSET followed so if they give supple resuts for AP they have to give for other states also.. so my guess UGC will not accept for supple results.. u can check here MHSET results..

this result is of 2011...i.e., paper 3 is of descriptive nature...so it wont have a overall aggregate mark criteria
DeleteI personally feel APset shud declare supplementary results as the exam was conducted after a long interval of 13 years. Where as Maharastra set was conducted every year in the past 13 years. UGC shud think of taking any decision with some humanitarian outlook

1)15% of the persons who qualified in each sub may be given,this is new rule for UGC-NET).
2)In AP they conducted after long time and b4 exam they announced that AP needs 3500 candidates to be qualified for SET.i mean 4% of attended people will get qualify.and there are 13 sub which are having below 4%.
3)All qualified candidates who got minimum marks may get SET.

“Those candidates who had made it to the consideration zone, i.e., those who received a minimum of 40%, 40% & 50% marks in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper- III respectively for General Category; 35%, 35% & 45% marks in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III respectively for OBC (Non-creamy layer) Category and 35%, 35% &
40% marks in Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III respectively for SC/ST/PWD Category and those who secured aggregate percentage (obtained by combining marks of Paper-I, II & III) of 65% for `General category, 60% for OBC (Non-creamy layer) and
55% for SC/ST/PWD category candidates (This is the same criterion as decided by the earlier Moderation Committee).
OR

Thanks Dattu for given the information. Hi to all, Is APSET supplementary results will going to release or NOT. Because one month is over after given the news about supply results in the newspaper. I made a call to APSET (on thursday) they told they will release this month ending. But how much true is this. I think too much time has taken by APSET committee.

ReplyDeleteHey I am science (computer's) candidate. But i do not like ur comment about arts. As every subject and language is having comparable importance and equality . May be the equivalence factor may be little less r more but doesn't go to any extreme ends of the possibilty ( 0 - 1) ratio. Don't hurt the mind set of those people. As u know man's pschological development in early childhood comes basically from arts and language background rather from sciences and mathematics.

Apset officials are speaking all thrash. Apset exam is having its jurisdiction only to AP. So , if any Keralite wants to file a case he will file in AP high court. It is clearly evident from the answer to 5th question posted in above message. Mere wasting of valuable time of lakhs of aspirants with out any finalisation ( as is the Telangana issue) has become order of the day to all government organisations in the country. They intentionally wanted agitation from candidates like us so that they could get a huge propaganda in news when students manhandle them. They very well knew that bearing of court expenses is impossible to candidates. They are not having any idea to improve efficient faculty jobs at university or college levels in the state. The officials including proffesors and chancellor wants their fanatic ideas of nepotism in recruiting teaching faculty . If they want any commited faculty by the opening of next academic year they will speed up the declaration of results.

ReplyDeleteI have analysed the results, out of 8004 qualified candidates nearly about 28% (2300 candidates ) are from TELUGU.
I think , this is the main reason for the less qualified candidates from other subjects
Because of the above reason and as AP SET is conducted after 14 years , i also strongly support for the declaration of AP SET supplementary results.
According to my friends information Government DEGREE LECTURERS posts are going to be notified very soon....
So guys., pressurize the AP SET officials to declare the AP SET supplementary results as soon as possible

dont be late yaar lets file a case in high court thats the only way where we can find the solution for the results....there are many more aspirants who got minimum cut-off......guys lets support the protest which is at jantar mantar new delhi on 30 and 31st of this month against the injustice of UGC regarding the result declaration.....common guys lets support the protesters at delhi and there is a much more attention is required from the media to get the coverage of UGC-NET and as well as APSET... Media should help us regarding the issue. Please inform the media. IF POSSIBLE WE WILL ALSO PROTEST FOR THE MINIMUM CUT-OFF CRITERIA AT OSMANIA UNIVERSITY.......

ReplyDeletedear friends APSET Officials just try to create aunxioty to us by giving paper statement with uncertainity.its really frustating to us waiting for the results infinitively.they cant understood our tensions about results. even if there is a problem with court case why should they can't mention the problem clearly in their official website i cant understood. so many times i call to them intrestingly they give various dates and answers it reveals how much clarity they have with results. its totally unfortunate.
